*When making a cash payment, always retain a copy of your receipt. For your protection do not deposit cash in Drop Box. “Drop Box” is located at the back door of Town Hall on the right side.
PENALTIES After the 10th – $10.00 fee assessed.
After the 15th – $20.00 Reconnect/Service fee assessed.
Services will be suspended without further notice.
If the 11th falls on a weekend or holiday, fees will be assessed at 2pm the following business day.
If the 16th falls on a weekend or holiday, fees will be assessed at 8am the following business day and subject to disconnection. Balances must be paid in full by the 16th.
If not paid in full within 2 weeks of suspension, the account will be final billed, and deposit applied to balance owed and any overpayment more than $1.00 will be refunded to the customer.
RETURN CHECK /ONLINE PAYMENT POLICY
$30.00 or 5% of the face amount of the check, whichever is greater will be assessed. If payment is not made by 9:00 the next business day, services will be disconnected immediately, and an additional $20.00 Reconnect/Service Fee assessed. After three (3) returned checks, the customer will be required to pay with cash, card or money order.

COMMERCIAL GARBAGE COLLECTION
Barrel or Dumpster Service only. There is no yard waste or white goods pick up for commercial customers.
RESIDENTIAL GARBAGE COLLECTIONS (Residents inside Town Limits ONLY)
Household Garbage: Wednesday Collection
All household garbage must be in your green & blue barrel in order to be collected.
*Yard Waste/Bulk: Thursday or Friday/Third week of the month
Leaves, grass clippings, tree branches must be containerized in boxes, bags or old garbage cans (not your residential barrel). Tree limbs must be no larger than 4ft long and 3in in diameter. Items are limited in size to 2 cubic yards. One large item or a few small items. (DO NOT PLACE UNDER POWER LINES OR NEXT TO A FENCE)
*White Goods/Bulk Items: Thursday or Friday/Third week of the month
White goods and bulk items must be out early morning.
WASTE PRO WILL NOT DISPOSE OF ANY ELECTRONICS/BUILDING MATERIALS
Such as microwave, TV, Stereo, Computer Equipment, Lumber, Floor tiles or Drywall
Your barrel will be picked up by an automated truck. It must be withing three (3) feet of the curb, with top of lid facing the street. Nothing can be placed on top of the barrel. All garbage should be curbside by 6:00 am on Wednesday or the night before. Please roll all barrels back to your residence after service.
